Home Kalon Palden Dhondup Pays Courtesy Visit to Deputy Commissioner of Kangra and Tehsildar in Dharamshala

Dharamshala, 5 October 2026: Kalon (Minister) Palden Dhondup of the Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), paid a courtesy visit to Shri Hemraj Bairwa, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Kangra District and Shri Rahul Sharma, Tehsildar cum Executive Magistrate at their offices in Dharamshala. The visit marked Home Kalon’s second visit to the district administration offices after assuming charge as Kalon of the Department of Home.

During the meetings, Home Kalon expressed his deep gratitude and sincere appreciation to the district administration for its continued support to the Tibetan community living in and around Dharamshala.
