Kunga Gyaltsen Assumes Charge as the New Secretary of Election Commission

Dharamshala: On 12 October 2026, Kunga Gyaltsen formally assumed charge as the new Secretary of the Election Commission, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), following a successful taking over ceremony.

The handing-over of official documents, stationery, and financial records between Acting Secretary Dekyi Dolker and the incoming Secretary was held in the presence of Chief Election Commissioner Lobsang Yeshi, who served as the official witness.
