90 Tibetans Shave Their Heads in Kalimpong to Honor Lobga Rangzen and Protest China’s “Ethnic Unity Law” On August 13, 2026, 90 Tibetans in Kalimpong shaved their heads to mark six weeks since the passing of Tibetan independence activist Lobga Rangzen.
