Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo Graces the 67th Founding Anniversary of Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts and Annual Yarkyi Competition

Dharamshala: Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) marked its 67th anniversary on 11 August with a commemorative programme featuring a traditional Tibetan song and dance competition at the institute.

Chief Guest Justice Yeshe Wangmo, Chief Justice of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission, and Special Guest Lobsang Jinpa, Secretary of the Gaden Phodrang Office, attended the event along with officials of the Central Tibetan Administration, former officials, representatives of the Government of India’s liaison office, representatives of Tibetan and non-Tibetan organisations, former TIPA members and invited guests.
