CTA Holds Prayer Service for Nepal Flood Victims The Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) held an official prayer service at Tsuglagkhang in McLeod Ganj, Dharamsala, on August 26 for those affected by the devastating flash floods in Nepal. Tibetan settlements near the Nepal–Tibet border have been among the worst-affected areas, with reports of missing Tibetans, damaged homes and loss of life.
