CTA, Tibetan Parliament Hold Mass Prayer for Lobga Rangzen in Dharamsala The Central Tibetan Administration and Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile held a mass prayer service in Dharamsala on August 20, marking the 49th day since the passing of Tibetan independence activist Lobga Rangzen. Senior Tibetan leaders paid tribute to Rangzen and expressed solidarity with his family while strongly protesting China’s recently enacted so-called Ethnic Unity Law.
