Sarnath, 11 September 2026: Health Kalon Pema Tso attended the 4th National Conference on Tibetan Sowa Rigpa as the chief guest which was hosted at the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies (CIHTS), Sarnath. The day coincided with the observance of Sowa Rigpa Day. The conference brought together distinguished scholars, practitioners, and dignitaries, including the Vice-Chancellor of CIHTS, leading Sowa Rigpa experts, governing body members of the Central Council of Tibetan Medicine, and members of the Tibetan Parliament.
