Dharamshala: The 25th General Assembly of the Federation of Tibetan Cooperatives in India (FTCI) began on Thursday, 27 August, under the guidance of the Department of Home (DoH) of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA).

The two-day assembly, being held from August 27–28 at the T-Building in Gangchen Kyishong, Dharamshala, brings together the federation’s chairman, secretaries and representatives of member from 15 cooperatives in India.
