Gangtok: The Kalon (Minister) of the Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration, Tsegyal Chukya Dranyi, visited monasteries and organisations under his department’s jurisdiction in Kalimpong, Darjeeling, and Gangtok, where he interacted with members of the local Tibetan communities.
