RTYC Dhasa Member Tsering Tharchen Begins Rangzen March to New Delhi DHARAMSALA, August 19 — Regional Tibetan Youth Congress (RTYC) Dhasa member Tsering Tharchen began a Rangzen March from Dharamsala to New Delhi on Wednesday, continuing a campaign calling attention to Tibet’s independence movement and paying tribute to Tibetan independence activist Lobga Rangzen. The march was formally flagged off in Dharamsala by Central Tibetan Administration President and Sikyong Penpa Tsering. Speaking to Tibet Radio, Tharchen said the journey is being undertaken as a tribute to Lobga Rangzen and as a continuation of protests following the 49th day of his passing.
