The Hague, Netherlands: Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) arrived in the Netherlands on the morning of 3 November 2026 and was warmly received at Schiphol Airport by Representative Rigzin Genkhang, accompanied by EU Advocacy Officer Tenzin Phuntsok and members of the Tibetan community.
During his visit, Sikyong is scheduled to address the 6th Annual Summit of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) and hold a series of meetings with Dutch government officials, members of the Dutch Parliament and engage with international and Dutch media.
