The catastrophic flash flood in the Bhote Kosi river (called Poique in Tibet) at the Tibet-Nepal borders at the Kyirong, also called Gyirong area of Tibet, causing death of hundreds in the Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts of Nepal calls for an in-depth analysis by the international community.
