Nepal protests India's plan to reopen Himalayan pass to Tibet

KATHMANDU -- Nepal has protested against India's decision to reopen a Himalayan pass leading to a revered Hindu pilgrimage site in Tibet, reviving a territorial dispute between the two neighbors.
